Hi! I am so happy you are here!

I became interested in pelvic PT and women's health when I was still in PT school. I learned about this field during a seminar and immediately thought "Hmm, I think this is something I could do and ENJOY." I dreamed of opening my own practice one day to provide services to women in my home town and show them they can live life without packing their purse full of panty liners, constantly looking for the nearest bathroom, or experiencing pain during intimate moments.

I cannot tell you how many times I have heard "I never knew this type of therapy existed!" or "I've been doing kegels and that has not helped." Let me help you discover your new normal. And do so in the comfort of your own home!
